Hiking in Sarisalltik & Kruja Castle is a tour that combines the beautiful mountain nature that offers Kruja Mountain (Sarisalltik).

From where we will see the whole coastline from the Karavasta Lagoon to Velipoja which is practically half of the territory of the Republic of Albania.

Of course, on this tour, we will visit the old bazaar and experience the most important Castle for Albanians, the Kruja Castle. It stands as a proud reminder of Albanian perseverance and strength.

Itinerary

Day 1Sarisalltik & Kruja city

🍁 First, we will start the tour from Tirana. Meeting point at your hotel place.
🍁 Continue the journey with our car to Kruja for about 60 min.
When we are in Kruja area we are ready to hike Kruja( Sarisalltik ) mountain. Hiking takes 1 hour and 50 minutes where we occasionally stop for short breaks so we can relax and enjoy the sights of nature.
🍁 After we arrive at the top we will visit the Sarisalltik Teqe and explore the cave of Sarisalltik
Then we will consume the meals taken with us or the restaurant and is free time to talk or do other activities like: participate in pantomime games etc.
🍁 Next we hike back to Kruja city, we’ll visit the old bazaar and then we go to the Kruja castle and then to the ethnographic museum.
🍁In the end, we are in Tirana around 18:00
